Every Child Matters - Change for Children
The Every Child Matters: Change for Children programme aims to integrate services for children from birth to age 19. Agencies working across professional boundaries will co-ordinate support around the needs of children and young people, using common (integrated) processes and language to meet those needs in the best possible way.
