CAF - Train the Trainers

Course Description

Half day briefing plus one day course to enable trainers to deliver CAF Awareness and CAF Completer training.

Who should attend?

Designated Staff within agencies who will then be trained to deliver CAF Awareness Briefing / CAF Completer to a multi-agency audience.  They will be expected to rollout training with a colleague from a different agency to others and commit to a minimum of five sessions per year.

Learning Outcomes

• Gained awareness of your role & responsibilities as a Hampshire CAF Trainer & support available

• Become familiar with the content and structure of the training materials

• Participated in some of the exercises

• Practiced delivery of some of the materials

• Received information on the CAF process – nationally and in Hampshire

• Gained confidence to deliver the Hampshire training programme

Note: Delegates should attend both Day 1 and Day 2 to fulfil the requirements of the course.
