Libraries

“Gone are the  fusty old ‘sssh’ places of yester-year. Libraries are now places of discovery,  the arts, online access and information centres. Anyone who lives, works or studies in Hampshire is welcome to join the library. There is no charge to join.  Everyone can join a library on line but we need the name and address of a parent, guardian or carer for under 16s”.
